Title I: Members
Article 1 - Composition
The BiestyNation association is composed of the following members:
• Staff members:

The list of members is subject to change and is not fixed over time.
Article 2 - Membership Fees
Additional members are exempt from paying membership fees. However, they can choose to contribute voluntarily.
New members must pay an annual membership fee of 50 euros. A one-time registration fee of 50 euros is also required to finalize their membership. This fee is mandatory and non-refundable.
Staff members must also pay an annual membership fee, the amount of which is set each year by the Board of Directors during the last ordinary or extraordinary general assembly, based on the previous year's profits and the next year's budget forecast.
Any fees paid to the association are non-refundable. No refund can be claimed in case of resignation, exclusion, or death of a member during the year.
Article 3 - Admission of New Members
The BiestyNation association is open to new members throughout the year. They must follow the admission procedure below:
• Fill out the registration form
• Pay the membership fee
• Sign the internal regulations
• Meet the admission criteria [Article 10]
• Participate in an informal interview with a founding member of the association
Article 4 - Exclusion
According to Article 10 of the BiestyNation association's statutes:
• For active members:

Inactivity for more than 6 months

Failure to comply with the association's statutes

Participation in discussions involving degrading and/or humiliating remarks towards a member or the association itself

Failure to comply with the regulations
• For staff members, the same rules apply with the following changes:

Failure to pay membership fees

Inactivity for more than 3 months

Abuse of position
An exclusion procedure can be initiated with the approval of the Board of Directors after a majority vote at a general assembly if this point is on the agenda. The vote will take place after hearing the defense of the member concerned by the exclusion procedure.
Article 5 – Resignation, Death, Disappearance
According to Article 10 of the BiestyNation association's statutes, a resigning member must inform the President of their decision by email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The resigning member cannot claim a refund of their membership fee.
In the event of death, membership is terminated with the individual.
Title II: Association Functioning
Article 6 - Board of Directors
According to Article 15 of the BiestyNation association's statutes, the Board of Directors consists of:
• Maximilian Faust – President
• Lucas Debourgogne – Event Manager
• Tom Nuss – Content Manager
Article 7 - Ordinary General Assembly
According to Article 13 of the BiestyNation association's statutes, the Ordinary General Assembly meets twice a year upon convocation of the Board of Directors.
Only members of the Board of Directors are allowed to attend.
The convocations are sent digitally (phone or messaging) 30 days in advance.
Voting on resolutions is done by secret ballot, placed in the urn held by the session secretary.
The agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly is as follows:
• Agenda
• Discussion of each point followed by a vote if a decision needs to be made
• Additional remarks (information not included in the agenda)
• Conclusion and thanks
The President of the association has two votes and a right of veto.
Article 8 - Extraordinary General Assembly
According to Article 14 of the BiestyNation association's statutes, an Extraordinary General Assembly can be convened in case of:
• Essential modification of the statutes
• Financial situation requiring an immediate decision
• Major issues that must be resolved urgently
All members of the association will be notified digitally 7 days in advance.
Voting on resolutions is done by secret ballot, placed in the urn held by the session secretary.
Title III: Miscellaneous Provisions
Article 9 - Amendment of Internal Regulations
The internal regulations of the BiestyNation association are established by the Board of Directors, in accordance with Article 17 of the statutes. They can be amended by the Board, upon proposal of the members, according to the following procedure:
• Proposal made during a Board meeting with this point on the agenda
• A vote is required, and a majority of votes is needed for approval
The new internal regulations will be sent to all members digitally within 10 days following the modification.
Article 10 - Admission Criteria
According to Article 8 of the BiestyNation association's statutes, to be eligible for membership, applicants must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have completed and submitted the registration form
• Show an interest in the automotive world
• Bring value to the association and its purpose
• Commit to attending the majority of events organized by the association
• Own a vehicle that aligns with the association's values
Each member commits to respecting the association's statutes. A member can be refused if they make degrading and/or humiliating remarks towards a member or the association or fail to respect the rules.
These internal regulations aim to clarify the statutes of the BiestyNation association, whose mission is to bring together automotive enthusiasts and create a united community.
The regulations will be provided to all members, including new ones.
